Software Skills
I have extensive knowledge of many software applications, but there are several applications that I
use on a regular basis:
Adobe Photoshop CS5
I use Photoshop extensively for creating website layouts, advertisements, tradeshow graphics and
various other designs, as well as manipulating photos.
Adobe Illustrator CS5
Illustrator is my program of choice for creating logos, illustrations and vector graphics.
Adobe InDesign CS5
This is my preferred application for laying out multi-page documents, although I have also used QuarkXpress and PageMaker.
Adobe Dreamweaver CS5
I have used several HTML authoring software applications over the years, but Dreamweaver is always my first choice. I create web pages and CSS files in Dreamweaver, then fine-tune the code by hand.
Adobe Flash CS5
I use Flash to create animated intros for websites, photo rotations and banner advertisements. I consider myself to be a step beyond a beginner in Flash, and am quickly working my way towards the intermediate level.
Microsoft Office 2007
My background in corporate marketing departments has given me extensive experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word. I have used these applications to create manuals, flyers, brochures, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, etc.
